Creative Director
We're on the hunt for a talented Creative Director to lead and take care of all ongoing and upcoming projects at MoreSleep. You’ll oversee the creative team and work on projects through from inception to final delivery.
For us, a great CD is someone who has a strong conceptual and design experience and understands digital and branding. We're looking for someone who is not fazed by, but actually thrives at developing ideas and strategic directions. You should also have an eagle eye for detail to ensure the quality of work produced across all projects and be great at bringing the team together to share ideas. At the same time you love talking and presenting to our clients on eye-level, pushing their expectations and the creative output of the agency.
The position is full-time but can also be part time. Best if you are based in Berlin, but remotely is also possible as we use all digital tools available to keep all data and info transparent and available within the team. If you're interested, send us a mail with a bit about yourself, sharing your portfolio and best examples of work and experience. It's also really important for us that we click, and here at the office music and movies mean a lot to us so tell us a track or film that you love so we can get to know you better!

Developer
We’re looking for a React-experienced Developer to join the MoreSleep team!
For this role, we’re looking for a creative candidate with a proficiency in React, Nextjs, and API. There’ll be a variety of different projects for you to join us in, so we want a team-player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. And if you have an eye for design and details, you’ll be showered with love from us. :)
As a team, we’re all about individuality and collaboration. Your organizational and admin skills are of course important to us, but we mainly want to work with you for your innovation, creativity, and fresh ideas.
We’re hoping to fill this position as soon as possible, and you can apply as either part or full-time with us. Fluent English is a must. Our team are from all over the globe and it’s possible to work remotely, although we do have offices in Berlin and LA. Our projects and hours may particularly suit candidates from Europe, the UK, or the Americas.
All sounding good so far? Time for you to send in your references, work samples, and availability. And, for extra points, a sample of the music you’re loving at the moment.

Internship
We're looking for a new intern to join us as our agency grows. Are you adept at frontend development and design, or do you excel in either of the two? If you’re keen to learn from a fast-paced agency environment where several projects are always on the go at one time, then we’d love to hear from you. This internship is paid. To apply, please email us a short note about your skills and experience – including a list of sites you’ve built and/or designed — as well as information on how you heard about this internship.
Oh, and one more thing: music plays a big part in our office, so please send us the one mixtape you currently listen to when you have to meet a deadline — it could be your own or somebody else’s, doesn’t matter.
The application should not exceed 5MB. Qualified applicants will be contacted by a member of the MoreSleep team.
